new flag on 13 data center

My roommate has a ch 13 from 2003 is shows he owes less than 2 payments left...but the Case status shows: W ACTIVE - REVIEW MTG STATUS, If anyone knows what this means please chime in, I am trying to assure him he is ok.

It looks like they are reviewing his mortgage payments to be sure that they have been credited properly in his plan. A lot of times mortgage companies do not apply the payments to the arrearage but to late fees and penalties etc and as a result when it comes time to discharge the mortgage company will come forward and say, well he still owes us money, when in reality he doesn't. So maybe the trustee is just trying to be ahead of the game here.
