Creditor list?

We're sending our creditor list to the atty this week. Do we only put original creditor? Or do I need to put anyone that it has been sold to?

My attorney told me to get every name and address I could. Notices go out to each.

I would pull your credit report (free) and list everyone on that report. It doesn't matter if you don't list the CA that purchased your debt, as long as you listed the original creditor all will be included.
