I had my 341 today. It wasn't that bad, I did a lot of reading here and seem to have a lawyer that knows what she is doing. I was the third in line to talk to the trustee. From what I can tell, you need to know what is in your petition and anwer simply answer yes or no. First person took over twenty minutes because he didn't know the answers. Second person took about 10 minutes for the same reason and by this time the trustee is looking at the clock alot. So, when I get up there, I am done in less than 5 minutes and relieved.
One thing I don't understand when reading post on here is the problem people are having with lawyers not answering or returning calls. If after 2 times my call wasn't returned, I would be down to their office getting answers. Just my 2 cents!
