Question on info in 13datacenter

Ok,

so the 13datacenter sight shows all my creditors, even the ones that are being paid outstide the plan. Is this correct? The mortgage and car loan show no amount owed, they are just listed and the credit cards and student loans(which just learned by looking at this that they are included in my plan) show a dollar amount owed next to them.

How should they be reporting on my credit? the loans not in the plan?

13datacenter shows the house and truck (paying outside plan) with an amount because they filed a claim. The bank that holds the note on our boat didn't file a claim so no amount is shown. The house and truck show on CR as IIB, but Ford does show never late. The bank financing the boat is still reporting that loan as paying as agreed/never late. So thats cool, who knows, maybe after 3 months they still haven't figured out I filed.

No. I don't see a place on there that would show wether something is in or out of plan.

We're paying mortgage outside the plan too, but there's no indication of that on 13datacenter; also no listing of "scheduled payment"...not that I remember anyway, guess I'll have to take another look.

yes, it's listed as a creditor and they did file a claim
