I gave my attorney copies of my tax returns before he filed my case, but I have not had my 341 hearing yet. Will the trustee also request tax return transcripts from the IRS and State? My attorney did not ask for the state return. Should I take a copy of those with me as well to my hearing? My attorney doesn't tell me much, so I figured I would ask here.

It's been a while for us, but I don't think we had to supply state returns.
They want to look at federal returns for proof of income......they don't need state returns for that, as they get that from your federal return.
It may vary from case to case, however. Not a bad idea to have them on hand in case they are requested. Better safe than sorry.
