We have 2 older vehicles which are paid for. During the next 5 years, we will no doubt need to buy new cars. Will the ownership expense be allowed even though I don't currently have any?

Have you already filed? If not, I say purchase the cars NOW if you can get approved. You need the cars to get through the 5 years and it's much easier to do before you enter the 13.Disclaimer: Young, NOT Dumb.(._.) The plan: $480 monthly for 60 months at 100%. 07/12/08
Motion to Discharge: FILED!! 08/07/13
60 down/0 to go \m/(*.*)\m/ 100% complete!

Thanks Now...No way we could ever be approved, but there is "some" precedent for allowing the ownership expense even though no expenses are currently in place. I'm thinking that one of my cars is a 99 escort with 104,000 miles and can make a valid argument for allowing that expense on the form 22
