Living in a rent house on a month to month lease... just found out that we have to vacate due to land lady losing everything... Her business, her home... I just feel like crying.. I don't have any idea what to do.

I am so sorry y'all I know that I keep having things going back and forth, but we are still finding out the total ramifications of all that has happened. I know how you feel I am in a similar situation with my family. I really do hope things get better for you try to stay positive! maybe find some resources in your community that might be able to help your situation!Filed-10/2008

I wish I could hepl you but I can't.
About all I can do is yap my mouth.
Back in 1996 I was told I would have to have an operation on my right foot and on my back. The good part is I would end up without pain but the bad news was I would end up in a wheel chair. The next day I found out my wife had a boy friend and they decided they wanted everything. They were able to get papers served on me giving me two hours to vacate. The papers they got were obtained with phony 'evidence' but, never the less were legal documents. I left the home and business with basically nothing. It took over 2 and 1/2 years before we finally did get a divorce.
Sounds bad doesn't it? It was.
She wanted everything. We were in a 50/50 state but she wanted it to be 100/0. When it came time for the divorce, it ended up 100/0. I got the 100. The judge said if we had a trial, no matter what the out come would be, she would go to jail. Needlless to say, she decided to give me all that was remaining which was not much.
Am I sad? No. If it wasn't for her, I would never have had the opportunity to have gone around the world. Actually, in one year, I did exactly that - that is every month of that year I went around the earth!
So all I can say is that as bad as things can get, there might be a silver or gold vein somewher that will show itself to you. But it will show up when you least expect it to.
