TOPIC 1: This is probably a dumb question with an obvious answer. I've been checking on 13datacenter to see what claims have been filed (trying to limit checking Pacer to once a week because I don't have room in my budget for a big Pacer bill). Is the Claim Amount the actual amount the creditor turned in or is it the final claim amount? For example, this particular % of Claim Paid is 73.02% and the Claim Amount is $462.00. Am I correct in reading this as the creditor requested $462 but will only receive 73.02%? Or is the $462 amount based on the 73.02%?
Also, as far as the interest rate column... do some creditors still collect interest during this? I have mortgage arrears, but my regular payments are outside the plan. Everything else is unsecured.

Someone said you have to request it from the trustee, but I've also heard that trustees don't want you contacting their office. Since this is only about accessing case info and not specific questions about your case, is this ok? Thanks for any input
