Hello All, I Have Filed Chapt 13 As Of 9-12......such A Relief
I Included Sept Mortgage Pymt In The Bankruptcy. I Am Now In A Dilemma.
My Car Needs To Be Fixed And Fixed Right Now....am I Able To Amend The Petition And Include Oct Payment And Nov Payment As Well So I Can Get Caught Up On Some Household Bills And Get My Car Fixed?????
