I received notice of certification and opportunity to object and on the back page it says that copy of this notice could not be mailed to each creditor because of the address. It is the right address for the creditor. it also says that YOU MUST SEND A COPY OF THIS NOTICE TO THE CREDITORS LISTED BELOW< THE COURT WILL NOT MAIL THIS NOTICE AGAIN. To correct the address listed below you must amend your petition and pay a $26.00 filing fee. Sound to me like the I have to mail a copy to the creditor. I email atty and she emailed me back that they were late in filing a claim due to wrong address and that trustee is just giving us time to object to claim? Huh? They have been paid. She says that I have to do nothing. I don't understand. Any experts out there.

If the attorney says you don't need to do anything, you probably don't. If you received the notice by mail today, the attorney probably received it by email a couple days ago and has already checked into it.
