    Confirmed...

    Attorney's office just called to let me know that if I was planning on attending tomorrow's confirmation hearing that I needn't bother, because the just has already signed off on my case confirming it... so YAY!! Finally!! Now all I am waiting for is that Nov. 20th bar date as I have no governmental/IRS debt.. At the moment, less than 1/3rd of my creditors have filed claims... Hmm...

    WhoooHooo! Sounds like you are just moving along through this BK thing...hopefully, only a few creditors will file claims

      For some reason I can't edit that first post, but it's supposed to say "judge has already signed off" not "just has already signed off"

          It would be against my luck here lately for it to stay this way and only 4 creditors files claims, but one can wish. Thank you!!

            Yup, yup! I think it calls for a dollar theatre movie this coming Saturday night. I'm celebrating!! LOL..
