    More Questions...13 data center/creditors

    I'm having trouble getting onto the ch13 data center. Since My dh and I are filing joint...when it says enter the name exactly as it is on the petition...what do I do. There isn't enough room for both names. Has anyone experienced this?? I can view pacer just fine.

    Next question ...what happens when a creditor files an objection? What does it mean? How often does it occur/ We have 22 creditors. If they object, how does this change things.

    When I signed up for my 13 datacenter account, I used my name only. Try that and see if it works. I also later created an account in DH's name only.

        Can you fill me in on this data center? I am filing today so I suspect this is something I need to find out about.

          When you receive a letter from ch 13 regarding your bk and# it's listed in there...its www.13datacenter.com. you can follow your progress there but i think I've found out that it doesn't becom available till sometime after your 341 meeting.

            I think it depends on when your trustee gets everything entered. Mine doesn't do it until after you are confirmed...not sure why he waits that long.

            Thankfully I work for a law firm who is handling my BK so I can walk over to my co-workers desk and ask her to look stuff up for me if I want.
            Since hiding my head in the sand for the past few years didn't work...

              I was able to access mine about a week after I filed so it depends on when the info is entered.
