Help with Chapter 13

We retained last week an attorney.. Will be filing Dec/Jan 2009.

Back on March 2008 we obtained a BT for 50K, we paid off some of our cc and also refinance one of our vech. We had almost 7% percent on one of our vech and our CU gaves us 5%.from the BT we put 6k down so our car payment will be low and to stay afloat. Would we have any problem w/trustee? We will be filing chapter 13. I;m really concerned!

as long as you have made payments on the BT and it looks like you are almost a year since the BT I don't see any issues with it. The BT is just unsecured debt to the court.
