DH and I filed Ch. 13 over the summer and per my atty, looks like we will be confirmed on Monday (fingers crossed). Trustee is good with our plan and we received 2 objections that our atty handled.
Question...Our atty advised us to take the debtor education class sooner rather than later. Not only would it fulfill the requirement but she told us if the class is good, it could actually help us to be sucessful in our ch. 13.
Hubby and I are motivated to get this under way. Our atty gave us a list of apprvoved debtor education providers, but I was wondering if anyone had any recommendations they could provide.
We are looking to do more than just "meet the requirement" -- so if anyone has taken a good debtor education class, please share!
