    Yea! got the car title!



    Just got the title to my car today in the mail. So now that's a Parent Plus Student Loan and the car paid off in Ch 13. Now more will go to the credit cards but it is so much more manageable than before. It was not an easy decision to make but it was the only real option. Payment #23 coming up and 37 to go!

      May 21, 2009 Retained 2nd Attorney
      May 28th - Filed for Ch 7 (FINALLY!)
      9/11/09 - DISCHARGED!!!!

        Congratulations! I bet it feels good to get these items paid off one by one...going through the CH 13 does have some benefits it seems.
