tried that too. I just did housevalues.com and it sends your info to a realtor so I will try that. The subdivision is only three years old so that might be the problem. I know if I have any equity it's no more than $5,000 but I was hoping to be upside down that way I could claim cash in leui of homestead exemption. Thanks for everyone's advice.
