I'm relieved and my payments are much, much lower than anticipated, from $800 guesstimate at %100 payback to $329 at approx 42%. He was able to help bring it down due to some recent medical issues. (Saving all receipts for 341.)

I was also given the okay to file my tax return!

Now waiting for the next step.

Good luck. Sounds like you got a good lawyer.

May 21, 2009 Retained 2nd Attorney
May 28th - Filed for Ch 7 (FINALLY!)
9/11/09 - DISCHARGED!!!!
