I'm trying to refinance my home, yes I'm in 13, I have called my attorney and the mortgage company have contacted her for a pay off letter. It's been since May and I have not receive any letter. Is there anything I can do to speed up this process, I'm about 20 months in my 13 and I have 60 months plan. What do I need to do. Is there anyway I can get around my attorney to get a pay off letter.
