7 Conversion started

Today my attorneys office contacted me to get the process started. They wanted to confirm our income, and expenses. They said the look back wouldn't apply due to the amount of income we have lost due to our jobs, or lack of a job. The cost is 750 for the attornney fee for the conversion, and all the info I need to fill out should go into the mail today. Hopfully this will be over soon.

good luck, we just mailed out our stuff for our conversion yesterday. Dh was hurt at work and will be out of work for a long while. We were told they dont do the income lookback that they take everything from the first day we filed and all we have to do is show the new income difference in circumstance and that takes care of it. What exactly does that mean

It means we dont have to resubmit 6 monthsof income and bank statements when converting, just proof of current income change. They use everything from when we filed chapter 13 almost 2 years ago.
