Think I know, but... question re taxes....

We filed in 9/08. Not yet confirmed. We may owe federal taxes for 2008. Can we amend the petition pre-confirmation to include or do we handle these outside of plan?

If outside of plan, if we set up some payment arrangement with IRS and then get a refund for 2009, will they apply the refund to what's owed or does Trustee get the refund and we continue to pay off taxes on our own?

not sure but our attrny told us all taxes had to be paid inside the plan...
