Will the Trustee let me make house and car payments outside our plan payment? If they payroll deduct house, cars, etc., I won't get anything and that not be a good thing. They would have to deduct twice a month.

Ummm, if after paying your house and cars, you have no money left over, what are you doing filing a chapter 13.
However, to answer your question, unless you are doing some sort of cram down on the car, you can generally pay that outside the plan. Mortgage payments are generally made outside the plan as well.

No, I said if the payroll deduct ME, there would be nothing left if I had to pay the plan, 2 cars, a motorcycle and a house. I never said anything about my husband's pay. There is money to fund a plan, I just wanted to know if paying the house and cars outside the plan is allowable.Secured Debt $196,500 Unsecured Debt $128,000

Depends on the trustee. Ours allows it, as long as you aren't cramming down the car value or lien stripping the mortgage. But that's not to say your trustee will allow it. In BK, it's all about local customs, so you need to ask your lawyer your specific district's rules and practices. It's an unfair situation, but that's just how it is.Filed CH 13 September 17, 2007
