Last payment.We were set-up for 4 1/2 years.We will finish 5 months early.(Chapter 13, old laws) Can't wait.

Congrats
Just received our discharge letter today and expect closing in a couple of weeks also. Woohoo, worst 42 months of my life, but glad I went through it. Taught us alot about making good decisions with money and also about hedging risk (Our situation was made worse after an act of God that we could have prevented. Well that's what the insurance company called it in order to get out of paying our home damage claim).
Three lessons learned:
1. Don't trust real estate agents (in fact I feel more comfortable around car salespeople)
2. Cash is king (Unless I can pay it off within 6 months)
3. Seek as much information as you can before you make a money decision.Comment
