Why are we in all the papers for having a business bankruptcy when it was filed as a personal one. I do have a business, sole prop. but I am keeping it...

Income from the business flows through to you personally if you are doing a Ch13, at least this is what my attorney told me.

I wouldn't worry about it, the designation doesn't really mean anything. It is probably listed that way because either (1) you are self employed, i.e. sole prop, so your income is from your own business, and/or (2) the bulk of your debt is related to the business.

In any event, it really doesn't matter.
