BK 13 moving-can u convert to 7?

We are currently in CH 13 but my hubby's job may be relocating, which would reduce our income. However, his income will be within a few thousand (less than 10K) over the median income in that state. Would there be a chance of us converting to a Ch 7?

You'll have to take the last 6 months into account and show a big change in circumstances if you want to try that. Talk with your attorney. Also you may not get to keep everything necessarily, but your attorney can talk with you about that as well. I just warn of that potentially because I have no idea what your case looks like
