Filing starts an automatic stay, so no they can't. By now the court should have sent out notice of your BK. If you were scheduled for repo, it wouldn't hurt to contact them & make sure they know about it.
I assume you put your past due amount into the plan? If you're doing a cramdown, your plan should include the full amount you'll be making for a car payment. If no cramdown, you will need to make any post petition payments on time.Most of my information is from personal experience or HOURS and HOURS of online research.
