Will they question this car purchase? or can I keep the car and add this to the payment plan creditors? Also, under the new law, is ch.13 any more difficult? or can you pretty much be able to determine yourself what your expenses are?

Its relatively simple to determine what your debts and expenses are....you new vehicle will simply be incorporated into your Chp13 repayment plan.
