Can you payoff you ch 13 early?? I'm paying 26% back to the unsecured creditors and we have been in ch 13 for almost 2 years of 36 month plan!!!

I'm pretty sure you have to be in Ch. 13 for at least 36 months. If you want to pay it off early, you have to pay off 100% to your creditors.
If I'm wrong, someone will correct me. Very BK savvy people on board!
