when did you get your information?

We filed last Friday and the attorney said we would get a copy of everything she went over with us, however we still have not received anything. Since she did everything on the computer I thought they would just print us off a copy, but that did not happen.

I would also like to get on the 13datacenter, however it asked me for our trustees name and I don't know that, I did call the attorney on Tuesday and got our case # and today we got a notice in the mail from the BK court, just advising of our filing. It has a judge's name on it and a clerk of court, but I don't see the trustee's name.

Any suggestions? Maybe I'm thinking ahead?

I am suprised the trustee's name was not listed on your paperwork. However all courts and districts have websites. Look on your's and find the judge and then see which trustee's are usually assigned to that judge. They have some order like alphabet or case number assignment. Also just another suggestion when you know your trustee, see if the 13network is one he subscribes too. I found it much more revealing about my case than the datacenter.
