We are in the process of filing chap.13 but havent filed yet.Would there be a problem if we went and leased a new vehicle before we file??

Putting the bankruptcy aside, it is a bad idea to lease a vehicle just from a financial perspective. You might want to discuss BUYING one with your attorney.
