    survived our 341 today!

Had our 341 today! Several cases were ahead of ours and all of them started with the same series of questions; name, address, employer, have you filed tax returns, etc.

We were worried about our high expense in our budget for medical care, but no questions came up. However, our attorney and the trustee's attorney bickered about wheater or not our tax return should be allowed as "income" in our last 6 months of income. If so, it would put us in a 60 month plan instead of a 36 month plan...our refund was about $3k (put us just BARELY over). Our attorney had the upperhand but the question was "left to be determined" at confirmation. Our attorney assures us that with proper documentation, she can dispute this without any cause at all. We really have a great attorney!

    All is well.
