Tax Returns

Hello Everyone,

I am in Northern Illinois. Is it required to submit your yearly tax returns? I am currently employed Part-time due to ecconomy and if I become FT, what will happen? When should I let my attorny know? Will they ask for a plan change?

In my district tax returns are made available only if asked for. The general rule on income, up or down, would be to contact your atty and get advice.
