    When is first payment due?

I filed a Motion to Convert my Ch 7 to a Ch 13 on approximately October 26, 2005. I had fifteen days to file my Chapter 13 plan, which I did on November 10, 2005.

Now, do I have 30 days from when I filed the Motion to Convert, or do I have 30 days from when I filed my Chapter 13 plan, to make my first "good faith" payment to the Trustee? My Motion to Convert was not approved until November 10.

Nevermind, I found out that the answer is: 30 days after I have filed my Chapter 13 plan, my first payment is due.

So, that means that since I filed my Chapter 13 plan 15 days after I converted my case, which was on October 26, I filed my Chapter 13 plan on November 10, so my first plan payment is due December 10.

Which means that when I go to my 341 meeting on December 27, I will have already made my first plan payment.

Correct, there is always a payment made before the meeting. Its called a post-petition payment of good faith...

My suggestions are from "personal experience" and research only. Do not consider this as legal advice. Each bankruptcy case is different.
