    Chapter 13 completed

My chapter 13 is being discharged soon as I got a court order releasing my employer from withdrawing money for Chapter 13. Because of the few creditors that actually filed I was forced to pay 100% of the costs. There were many more creditors that did not file but have listed in payment plan -chapter 13 on my credit report. I would like to clear my credit report of erroneous data (Creditors that still show that I owe). What would be the next step and could they come back and demand payments?

I know that this might have been answered before but I want to make sure things haven't changed because I don't want to go to court again or deal with my lawyer.

Once the discharge is official, it also becomes official that the debts-even the ones where the creditor didn't file a claim-become discharged as well.

Get copies of your credit reports and write letters explaining the errors.

Do your homework, and consult with an attorney so you can make an informed decision.
