I just called my Lawyer to voluntary dismiss my C13. Reason, I was just informed by my employer that I got a promotion which would mean an increase of $454 a month. The trustee would get it somehow and I do not want this to happen. My C13 has not been confirmed (Feb 9th 2006). How soon will I get my money back? ($1250). We will deal with the creditors as they come.
