I got attorney to update all of the information that was missed in my case file. Looks like the trustee is trying to get more money because they want to see my Dec & Jan Proffit & Loss statements (filed Dec 28th). Attorney said to remove everything I can think of to lower the Dec income (had a good month, 1st in a long time).
Not sure if this is true........ Trustee wants our tax refunds (I'm 1099 non-filing spouse is W-2). Attorney said to file hers and then use her refund to cover what I will owe. Said that if we file together the trustee can take any refund but if we file separate then they cant take any of hers. She said that they can only ask for money that we both are on the paperwork for.
I'll get her the information this week and see how it goes.
