We decided to amend confirmed 13 plan and walk away from home, mortgage co had stay lifted and then received in rem judgement. Can someone tell me what does that mean. Thanks for reply

In Rem simply means "against the property" whereas In Personam means "against the person".

Nothing you need to worry about, it simply means they can proceed with foreclosure.
