Has anyone filed Chapter 13 and can tell me how it all went here in PA? I'm little scared from reading so much, but I'm also seeing much has to go by where you are filing. How long did it all take for you from start to finish.

I am also in Eastern PA. We filed ch 13 on 1/11/10. Our 341 meeting is on 3/29 and our confirmation date is 5/18. So far we have made 2 payments. I haven't seen much info here about the trustees in Eastern PA. Our income increased some in February, so I am not sure yet what impact that will have on our payments. My lawyer said it will be discussed at the 341.

Yeah i spent couple days looking for something. I hope there someone out there. Just wounderful weekend weather wise. Maybe no on on PC and outside!
