I have a hearing set for this Thursday in reference to filing for a lien strip on Mortgage 2 and 3. The mortgage companies had a deadline of April 5, 2010 to file an objection to the strips. I checked Pacer and did not see an objection filed. Does this mean that they are not objecting to the strip? Will the Judge automatically approve the strip if no objection is filed.
