can bank still take my money if worked out payment plan

We were told to get a new bank account. A loan and credit card is going to be worked out through chapter 13 but we keep the car and loan with bank. If I still have to make the car payments to that same bank can they take the money if its in there as extra out of the payment plan instead of it going towards my car payment? Or should I see about stopping automatic payments?

I have heard this too. We stopped out direct deposits in fear of this.
