We have real estate taxes that we owed. And bank of america paid them and set up a two year plan to repay them. Is that rolled into the plan? Or do we continue to pay it and once its done they increase out payment plan?

You don't state how much you were in arrears for the taxes, but if it was quite a bit and your mortgage payment will go down after year 2, then your trustee may very well take that "extra" and give it to your unsecured creditors. If your mortgage payment is paid in to your plan (paid by the trustee) you personally won't see the increase, the payment to the trustee will be the same.Originally posted by debthlp View PostWe have real estate taxes that we owed.
