I have a TSP retirement account (provided by my employer, the federal government). My contribution is roughly almost $300 month. My question is, am I allowed to keep contributing to it or will the Trustee make me stop my contributions until I'm discharged? If I am forced to stop... can you imagine paying $300 MORE to the Trustee? THX.

i dont know either.
here is a thread that no one aswered to a while back. looks lik ehe might have added it as one of his expenses. not sure though.
contact an attorney about it imo. plan your bankruptcy so that if you cant pay that into the plan tha tyou start putting it toward needed things like life insurance, more health insurance, etc, etc.Im not an attorney or a trustee. You cant trust me either though!
