Possible closing - what does this mean

    Hello all,
I just checked my National Data Center website and found this message

    "z2 - possible closing - check status"

Does anyone know what this means? I am 42 months into a 60 month BK13 with no later payments, keeping my head down, etc.
Is this something to be concerned about?
    Thanks
    Patricia

Could someone give me some advice on the Z2 - Possible Closing notation on my National Service Center site?
I searched the Forum and it doesn't sound serious but I'd like someone else's viewpoint.
    thanks

Have you paid all your creditors off? Were you in 100% pay off? Little more info....maybe they are early in starting to close your bk.
      CH13 - filed 30 JUL 09, $1521 @ 60 mos (100% payback)
      Done!!! - 01 Jul 2014 I'm free!! Discharged 9/23/14!

        Hi ZeeZee
Thank you for responding. I didn't think about including that information.

I'm in a 100% payback ($25,200) with $17,200 paid before this month's payment. Ch 13 has been a good choice for me - I've been able to get a handle on my spending, established decent (but still inadequate) savings, so I'm very concerned about any changes in the status quo. My final payment should be a year from this next January - 42 down, 18 to go!

        Thanks

Hmmm...Did all of your creditors file a claim? If not, maybe it's paying off early? If not I would just keep paying as is until you hear otherwise from the trustee.

The largest creditor did not file - a credit card company with $18,000! So that left $25,000 for the rest and I've paid in around $17,200. It would be lovely if the Ch 13 would be dismissed early but I am okay with paying out the 60 months. It sure beats the 22% monthly interest.

            Thanks
