    Student Loans through Ch. 13

My student loans through AES show "claim paid" in my account. It goes on tho farther say that this will read "claim paid" as a result of a non-borrower paying the amount of the loan off. I am confused as I know student loans are not part of any ch. 13 plan but I don't know what to do with any payments to them. Anyone have any advice?

i dont understand. what do mean mean: "i dont know what to do with any payments to them?"

    is your loan paid off?

the trustee didnt pay them during the ch 13 payment plan?

the best advice right now is to call them direiclty and speak with a manager so you can get straight asnwers imo.
Im not an attorney or a trustee. You cant trust me either though!

My student loans are showing up the same way also. My student loans are included in my bankruptcy payments each month and are paid by the trustee. They will not be paid off at the end of bankruptcy, but will continue for a few more years. I assume showing up like this has something to do with being in ch13.
Are your payments included in bk payment? or do you pay them outside of your plan?

My student loans show up the same way. They are not dischargeable, so I will have to repay them once my plan is complete.
