If I am reading the OH bankruptcy exemptions correctly then as of 4/1/10 you should have a $3450 vehicle exemption stackable with a $1150 wildcard exemption, for a total vehicle value of $4600. Does that help?

is your plan a 3yr or 5yr? if it's 5 you'll be better off to convert to 7 and loose the car. you'll be able to buy a fairly quickly and plus you can start rebuilding your credit sooner.
