My pay has recently went down and i tried to contact my lawyer about possibly turning my 13 into a 7 but he has retired and so i spoke with the guy that took his place and he says that he would do it for me but wants to charge me $1500! which is kinda hard to come up with considering im paying $440/month for my 13 and my pay has went down. so my question is, is there anyway i can have them stop taking my bk payments out of my check long enough for me to come up with the $1500 to pay the attorney or what else can i do?
