Filed Chap. 13 personal and Chap 7 business. Waiting for 341 scheduling. Biggest debt (115,000+) credit cards that were used some personally, but mostly to prop up business. My question - while I can still access cc sites, should I print out all the old statements? 3 mo, 6 mo or more? Keep seeing on this forum that they may shut you out.

As soon as they get notice of the filing they WILL shut you out (including your mortgage if you have one which really is incovenient). Print as many statements as you can, just in case you get objections to discharging some of that debt. -
Was able to print all but the ones from Chase. Says "not available for this type account". Oh, well....

Chase was the only one who closed my cc's and closed my online accesss.
I had 3 cards with them all paid in full. Funny, Disney card sent me my statements as did Amazon but Chase United REFUSED to even send me my statements adn said I had to get my attorney to write a letter.
