Anyone had a problem with the NDC website not showing PAYMENTS into the plan lately?

I logged on this morning to see if they showed my February 2006 Chap 13 payment and for some reason, it no longer shows any posted posted, only disbursements to creditors.

I just checked mine and it looks normal. I had one payment from my paycheck post showing on the 1st of February. No disbursements yet, they seem to do those at the end of the month. You might check again in a few days and make sure its showing up. Could just be a clerical error.

Many of you will NOTICE that the Trustee pays creditos WHEN HE DECIDES...... so it may be a while before you see any activity on your accounts....

      Just don't miss any payments............

Actually, I got in touch with the NDC. They were having a technical systems problem that was dropping all payments and only posting disbursements.

They have fixed the problem and I just checked the account and my payments are now posted.

I had a freaknig heart attack though when I logged on and say my entire 15-month payment history deleted........

Yeah, I had a heart attack.....you know all the horrible thoughts that go through your head when you see something like that....maybe the Trustee dismissed the case for some reason, maybe something was going on and I had no idea. LOL

Can somebody tell me what the 'Trustee's Percentage' is based on? I have $86k+ in Claim Amount and $90k+ in Scheduled Amount. Is the difference what the Trustee will make over the period of the 13? I'm selling my house to pay 100% and really need to know how much I actually owe so I can make sure I get the right price for the house to pay everything.

It varies by BK District, the amount a Trustee can collect. You can check here to find out what % your Trustee can charge.
