    Retained atty...car financing question

My wife and I retained an attorney which is getting all of our paper work together and we will be filing by month end. I wrecked my vehicle (not my fault thank goodness!) and we are majorly upside down on it. We are inside the 910 days so a cram-down is not possible. It looks like we're going to be close to a 100% payback. We are discussing the option of surrendering the vehicle and putting the deficiency on unsecured and getting a less expensive vehicle but we don't know for sure which direction we're going to go yet. Question is...with our credit in bad condition (or we wouldn't be filing Chapter 13) where are individuals able to get financing? Our credit score is probably a mid 500...
    (10/28/10 - Filed) (12/09/10 - 341), (1/20/11 - Confirmed)
    08/11/11 - Spouse filed Divorce
    10/11/11 - Payments amended

Try Roadloans. That's who financed us and we're in the same boat credit-score wise. Our APR is HORRID, but as we'll be putting the car into the CH13 plan, it's only for a few months we have to pay the huge monthly payment.
    Filed: 11/10; 341: 1/11; Confirmed: 2/11
49 payments down, 11 to go...
