Duplicate claim

Hi there! question about a dulicate claim on the national Data center website. Bank of america sent a duplicate claim do I need to call my lawyer. I don't want them to get more money? what do you think. Thanks

Need more information. What was the claim for? Car loan? Personal loan? Mortgage?
