Filled ch13 Jan 26th in GA...now what should I expect from my atty and trustee? Also a list of Dos and Don'ts before the confirmation. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks!

You might want to check to see which Judge has your case, which will tell you which trustee has you. On the trustee's website, they usually have little pamphlets or instructions as to what to expect, what to do, and what not to do. Now, as above, make a budget, stick to it like glue, and the 341 will come and go, the confirmation hearing will come and go, and you will pay...and pay...and pay...and then get your fresh start if you get to the end of what is a long, long road. It can be done..I know, I did it.
